How many times have we attended a wedding as guests and felt, at some point, a sense of discomfort?
The long preparations starting hours before the ceremony, the pressure of arriving on time, impossible parking near the church, the scorching heat of a July afternoon, the transfer to the reception venue often far away or difficult to find, and the endless waiting for the couple to arrive — while guests try to pass the time with an aperitif, small appetizers, and conversations with people they haven’t seen in years, suddenly reappearing with endless small talk and gossip, all while dealing with tight shoes and oppressive heat that makes you dream of a beach chair by the sea.

We invite our clients to actively design their event, by selecting:

the musical style and concept
a fully personalized setlist
the placement of musicians throughout the venue
and many other essential details that make every wedding unique

Think of it like configuring a new car — except you are guided step by step by real professionals, always available in person.

We also allow you to decide:

• What to play and when

There are dozens of key “moments” during a wedding reception, from the arrival of the first guest to the final dance. You will be surprised when you see the full structure — most guests never notice how many carefully planned transitions there are.

• Musicians’ appearance and styling

Visual aesthetics matter. A quartet dressed in coordinated outfits, possibly matching your wedding color palette, creates a striking visual impact and a “WOW effect” that guests remember.

• Level of interaction

Have you ever experienced music that is too loud or entertainers who are too invasive? Or, on the contrary, a band that simply plays without engaging the audience?

The RESPONSIVE MUSIC system is a complete planning tool that literally guides you step by step in designing your event.

It consists of interactive forms that can be filled in comfortably from home via smartphone or computer, with real-time assistance via call or video consultation.

There are 3 main modules:

1. RELIGIOUS CEREMONY

You can choose the music for every single moment:

Groom’s entrance
Bride’s entrance
Entrance together
Priest’s entrance
Blessing and sprinkling
Offertory
Communion
Signing of registers
Final moment (celebration & photos)
Exit (wedding march or alternative choice)

Each moment can be personalized with your preferred music to create emotional impact and elegance.

2. CIVIL / SYMBOLIC CEREMONY

Maximum freedom and customization:

Music before and after the ceremony
Placement and styling of musicians
Full timeline design (what plays and when)
Coordination with the officiant
Pre-event playlists (arrival & waiting music)
Logistics, contacts, timing — all organized months in advance

3. RECEPTION

This is the most detailed and important section. We support our clients step by step, including live assistance.

Key information includes:

Catering manager / maître / wedding planner contact
Number of guests and arrival time
Average age, international guests, VIPs or special attendees
Couple’s arrival time
Full timing, location, and structure of each phase

We also define in detail what should happen and what should be played in each moment:

• Guest arrival

Background music for the first welcome moment.

• Aperitif / cocktail hour

Often lasting up to 2 hours — requires carefully designed entertainment.

• Couple entrance into the venue

A powerful emotional highlight moment.

• Antipasti buffet / live cooking

Flexible musical setup depending on logistics, weather, and venue layout.

• Full reception / dinner

Highly personalized setlist, including:

entrance music
background during courses
special dedications
couple and parent dances
guest interaction
announcements and speeches (very common for UK guests)
coordination with photo/video teams
guest performances if requested

• Cake cutting

A crucial emotional highlight — often with a reduced formation (e.g. sax or violin).

• Dessert buffet / final party

The most energetic moment of the evening — designed for celebration and dancing.

Open Bar / Late Night

If you plan to continue the celebration late into the night, many musicians will understandably not be available beyond standard hours.

We always recommend a DJ set solution for the final hours, but we remain fully flexible — we have performed until sunrise when planned in advance.
